About The Event
- Vendors must bring their own table(s), chair(s), and pop-up tent (optional, but highly recommended).
- Setup will begin at 9:00 AM and must be completed by 10:45 AM.
- Spaces will be assigned upon arrival. Arrival times will be assigned and emailed to registered vendors 36-48 hours in advance of the event
- Vendors are required to donate one item for a raffle to benefit the Carousel.
- VENDORS: Spaces are $25.00 each
- NONPROFITS: Spaces are free of charge with proof of nonprofit status; please note that you are a nonprofit when emailing the office.
- FOOD TRUCKS/VENDORS: Spaces are $35.00
(Indoor spaces are not available)
10x10 Outdoor Space Setup will begin at 9:00 AM and must be completed by 10:45 AM. Vendors are required to donate one (1) raffle item to be collected at check-in. By purchasing this ticket, you acknowledge and understand that your inventory for the event, as sent by you in the initial inquiry, has been approved by the Carousel Office and may not be amended. If you're selling an item that was not disclosed during your approval, you will be asked to put it away for the remainder of the event.$25.00Sale ended
