About the event
Vendors must bring their own table(s), chair(s), and pop-up tent (optional, but highly recommended).
Setup will begin at 9:00 AM and must be completed by 10:45 AM.
Spaces will be assigned upon arrival. Arrival times will be assigned and emailed to registered vendors 36-48 hours in advance of the event
VENDORS: Spaces are $30.00 each
NONPROFITS: Spaces are free of charge with proof of nonprofit status; please note that you are a nonprofit when emailing the office. Number of spaces is extremely limited and will be given on a first come-first served basis.
(Indoor spaces are not available)

10x10 Outdoor Space Setup will begin at 9:00 AM and must be completed by 10:45 AM. By purchasing this ticket, you acknowledge and understand that your inventory for the event, as sent by you in the initial inquiry, has been approved by the Carousel Office and may not be amended. If you are selling an item that was not disclosed to the Carousel Office during your approval as a vendor, you will be asked to put it away for the remainder of the event.
